Building an empire
In 2012, Jane decided to further her education, enrolling in Property Services Valuation Advanced Diploma at TAFE.
To simultaneously earn a living, she started training at RP Data, training Agencies around Australia on how to use RP Office Trust Account Software.
Through these connections, she networked with agencies who realised that outsourcing their Trust Accounting was a damn good idea.
The birth of a good thing
in March 2012, I love Real Estate Sydney was born.
Jane commenced consulting to Agencies throughout Australia, processing their End of Month and managing their Trust Accounting needs.
It wasn’t long until she realised being a Sole Trader wasn’t enough. Within 4 months, End of Month Angels was born.
One of her original clients was quoted saying,
“My Angel has arrived”
And it stuck.
End of Month Angels is now the leading outsourced Trust Management firm in Australia.
Striving for greatness
Being the crazy lady that she is, in 2013, Jane completed her Strata Licence. It was here she met her mentor and friend, Rosie Sullivan from ACOP.
This opened an entirely new avenue being the go-to for Trust Account training at ACOP over the last 9 years. Not only that, it ensures Jane is always kept abreast of the legislative changes as they happen.
Just to keep things interesting, after obtaining her Strata Licence Jane decided studying and full-time work was a great idea.
Poor Jerome.
Jane started her Masters in Property Development at UTS while training at ACOP every month and running a business conducting outsourced Trust Management for 12 clients.
in 2013, Jane got sick of waiting for Jerome to pop the question and made an honest man out of him.
Throughout this time, Jerome was Jane’s biggest supporter.
He faithfully supported her as she completed her Masters from 2014 to 2015. It was during this time, when Jerome worked as Sales Executive at Creative Folks It, that they met Tracy.
Little did they know what lay in wait.
