2020. Let thee count the ways we are happy to see the back of you.
We have seen all our clients through some hard times, as well as some hard times of our own. It has come time to finally say goodbye.
Don’t let the door hit you on the way out (or do).
So let’s recap the year that was shall we?
From bushfires, floods, a great koala rescue to working from home with our imaginary friends. From learning how to use Microsoft teams, training over 30 new clients on Console Cloud, setting up new agencies, helping our current clients, Job Keeper (and the subsequent increase in Tracy’s wine consumption over this time) and getting all our staff console certified.
All whilst homeschooling.
Enough said?
But to end the year on the greatest high of all, we welcome Baby Carpen #2 into the world.
To end the year out, abiding by COVID restrictions and the new baby in the house, the Angels had a different kind of Christmas party.
Tracy & Jane organised a Chef to come and cook a 5-course degustation Mediterranean menu at Jane and Jerome’s house. Decorations were fabulously on point and a fair few bottles of Bollinger made up for the year that was 2020. There was no moving us on after 2 hours.
As it was our office Christmas party, we did discuss some of the most hilarious items that Tenants have put as their reference.

At the end of the day, we love what we do and appreciate our amazing clients. We’d move through heaven and earth for you, and we are so glad to see everyone come out on top at the end of a messy year.
