So what exactly is outsourced Adhoc activities?

There is no real limit to what our adhoc activities can entail.

It could involve anything from a month’s worth of bookkeeping to training, bills management, or even walking your office dog (seriously).

What tasks can we take off your hands?

Bills Management (owner expenses)

Entering in bills for properties in a consistent format allowing you to find things easily and demonstrates your agency is consistent. We format things like Strata and Water bills so you can easily find things by period and property. In cases where the bill has an open job, on entering the bill we close the work order.

Receipting

Just like the name suggests, we do your daily receipting including downloading your bank statement entering your data into your Trust Account and text you once complete. If something doesn’t 100% match, we will send you an email and expect an answer within 24 hours. All receipting is guaranteed to be done before 10.30am, allowing your PM to go out and do their job.

Training

Training you and your staff in your chosen Trust Accounting software, Trust Accounting best practice and workflows to help speed up staff tasks
