Every now and then we all need a little support. Just like Joe Cocker once sang ‘I get by with a little help from my friends.’

Here at EOMA, we consider our clients part of our extended family. You are taking this Real Estate and Trust Accounting journey with us. As we all know, it takes a special someone to do the job we do, right?

That is why we offer client support blocks when you need them.

What are client support blocks?

Client support blocks are basically time purchased in advance at a set rate. We offer blocks of 5, 10, 15 and 20 hours. You can choose the block that suits you and your agency demand.

Does the time ever expire?

No, never! We are always here. Start off on a lower tier and increase as you need.

Do you respond quickly?

You bet we do.

You can expect a slight delay in normal response times mid-month, end of the month and EOFY if you have not booked your block in time. These times of the year do book out quickly, so it pays to be organised.

How do I contact you?

Always via email. As your request comes in it is assigned to our Support Block Manager who will action your request. We will then make contact with you as required.

How do you track my support block time?

As you would already know, we are the Kings and Queens of software. So it may not surprise you that we keep detailed time reports and use task-based software for your support block records. Our Angels record every second that is spent on your project and keep these records on file for monthly reporting.

How can I use my time?

Your support block time can be used however you wish! One month you may require some extra training. You might need to cover a staff member who is off sick or having a baby. One month you may choose a once-over health check to ensure your systems are all in place and you will not be breached. We can even perform this one-over health check in person at your agency if it suits you.

How do you bill me?

Like all good service agencies, we bill in advance. You simply draw down the time every time you require our assistance.
