Jane Morgan
Director & Founder
Jane founded End of Month Angels in 2012 after years training real estate agencies across Australia on trust accounting software and working directly inside agency operations. She holds a class one real estate licence in NSW and has spent over a decade building EOMA into the specialist outsourced trust accounting firm it is today. She understands the legislation at a level that comes from working inside it, not just reading about it. If your trust account is in trouble, Jane is the person you want on the phone.
Jerome Carpen
Director
Jerome joined EOMA in 2016 and oversees operations, systems and business development. His background in IT and SME management means the way EOMA operates internally reflects the same standards we hold clients to: documented processes, clear accountability and nothing left to chance. Jerome works directly with agencies on software migrations, platform selection and building trust accounting operations that are set up properly from day one.
Tracy Hayden
General Manager
Tracy brings over 23 years of experience running operations and teams across service businesses. She keeps the engine running at EOMA: managing workflows, supporting clients through complex bookkeeping situations and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. Tracy is direct, calm under pressure and genuinely invested in the outcome for every agency she works with.
